SECTION 310:258-13-9. Qualifications and responsibilities of applicants

Latest version.

  To qualify for a license, an applicant shall:
(1)   Be an owner, or officer of the unattended food establishment;
(2)   Comply with the requirements of this Chapter;
(3)   Allow access to the unattended food establishment;
(5)   Provide any required information;
(6)   Pay the applicable license fees at the time the application is submitted;
(7)   Pay the applicable license renewal fees.
