SECTION 310:258-7-9. Milk products

Latest version.

  As specified in 2 O.S. Section 7-401 et seq., food products listed below shall in the case of:
(1)   Milk products shall be obtained pasteurized and comply with Grade A Standards;
(2)   Frozen milk products, such as ice cream; and
(3)   Cheese.
