SECTION 375:8-3-17. Property inventory/surveys

Original property inventories/property surveys conducted for Risk Management and computer printouts received from Risk Management with notations concerning comprehensive insurance coverage shall be retained in office until superseded by subsequent record then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
